Refund policy

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

No, however you may be eligible for a refund. For health and safety reasons, our Wagyu products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which Humans of Wagyu shipped the incorrect item. Because our products are consumable perishables, it is our policy that products should never be returned except where specifically requested. Humans of Wagyu does not accept unauthorized returns. In the event that an unauthorized return is received, Humans of Wagyu is not responsible for refunding any of the shipping costs associated with the unauthorized return.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?

We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out.  Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us at @humansofwagyu or What's App us at +81(70) 4107-1604 so we can address your concerns and achieve an appropriate resolution, if necessary.
