To which countries can you ship to?
We are currently offering our Wagyu selection to all EU countries without customs fees. We can also ship to countries outside of the EU, within Europe, but some countries may charge customs fees. For customs procedures, please contact DHL Express directly.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We take 2-5 days to process an order, depending on the availability. Once your order is processed we ship via DHL Express, which delivers in 24-72 hours once your order is processed.Please note that we only ship out orders from Monday-Wednesday to avoid courier delays over weekends, which can impact the quality of our Wagyu. In case there are any delays in the freight, we please ask to contact the freight company directly.
How can I save on shipping costs?
Our shipping rates are based upon the weight of your order. The best way to save on shipping costs is to order up to the maximum weight of each shipping category.

For example, if you order a 250g Wagyu Ribeye, your shipping charge will be €35.00. You can save on additional shipping costs by adding up to 750g of other cuts of meat from our online store, which will then consequently reduce the price per kg of meat you order!
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover which are processed via Stripe and Paypal. Our payment processing system provides fraud protection for you by screening orders for potential fraud before realizing the transaction. To avoid delays in order processing, please ensure that your billing address matches your payment method. When you use Stripe or PayPal to pay with a credit card, we do not see your card information, including your card number.How long can I store your products?
All of our products are freshly vacuum-sealed. The shipping company we work with, DHL, guarantees a temperature-controlled delivery of up to 72 hours. We advise storing our products in a refrigerator up to 10 days after receiving the products. In case you would like to receive our products frozen, please contact us in advance of your purchase. In the case of frozen deliveries, please be advised there might be thawing during transport. Furthermore, the meat should not be frozen for more than 2 months. Lastly, we suggest defrosting the meat in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, so the temperature change is not dramatic.
Whom do I contact if I have an issue with my order?

Has your meat ever been recalled or found to be unsafe to eat?
We have distributed Wagyu in over 30 countries around the world and never had any issues with our meat being recalled or posed a threat to consumer health.
Is the Wagyu listed on this Retail Store shipped directly from Japan?
We can only ship directly from Japan to customers with an import license. Therefore our sister company in Europe receives the products, processes them, and ships directly to your home.
IMPORT FROM JAPAN
I have an import license. Can I import directly from Japan?
In case you have an import license and are located in one of the countries we can export to, we'd be more than happy to discuss more with you. Our company has been exporting Wagyu to customers in many countries across the globe and will be delighted to find solutions for you and your company.
What is the minimum order quantity to import directly from Japan?
We work with a lot of different slaughterhouses and supply to different countries. Some slaughterhouses offer the minimum order quantity of 40kg, which is the Loin Set (Sirloin and Ribeye.) However, others require customers to import a Half or Full Set, which comprises of the following parts: Ribeye, Striploin, Tenderloin, Chuck Roll, Brisket, Chuck Rib, Shoulder Clod, Plate Set, Round Set, and Shank. Reach out to our team, and we will provide you with solutions specifically for what your company is looking for.
Can I get a sample before importing from Japan?
The smallest quantity we sell in our retail store is 250 grams, which is available in our online store for Europe. For countries not listed in our online store, the minimum order quantity varies depending on the brand you are looking to work with. Please reach out to our team and we will guide you.
